Open Photoshop →
Drag a photo to Photoshop /open a photo by menu bar→
Press in crop tool in
left side toolbar →
Now you will see a bar like this→
In width write 480 px and in height write 600 px→
Now drag on photo with your mouse like this→
Right click on mouse and press on crop→
Your photo is ready.
Now save it by save/save as.
